Buffalo Style Hot Wings
- 15 whole Wings, Split At Joing (or 30 Pieces If You're Buying Pre-cut Wings)
- 1/4 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil , Or Enough To Coat The Wings
- 1 teaspoon Salt And Pepper, Adjust To Taste
- Flour, For Dredging If Frying Wings
- 1/2 sticks Butter
- 1/4 cups Honey
- 3/4 cups Frank's Red Hot Sauce (or Any Hot Sauce Of Your Choice)
- For grilled wings: Coat the wings with olive oil, salt and pepper and grill over low heat for 6075 minutes.
- For baked wings: Place the wings on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Coat with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake at 425 degrees F for 2030 minutes.
- For fried wings: Lightly coat the wings with flour, salt and pepper.
- Fry at 375 degrees F for 9 minutes.
- For Buffalo-style hot sauce: Melt the butter, then add the honey and hot sauce, stirring until combined.
- Simmer for several minutes, stirring occasionally.
- When the wings and sauce are done, place the wings in the sauce pan (about 6 at a time) and stir/toss to coat, then remove from pan and serve immediately.
