spagetti cake Recipe foodperv
- 2lb container of ricotta
- 1 lb of spagetti
- 1 cup sugar add an xtra 1/2 cup ( if you like it really sweet)
- 1 to 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 eggs beaten
- boil spag.
- as per box instructions set aside to cool a bit (do not rinse)
- in Large mixing bowl mix eggs , van.
- , cheese , then add spag.
- mixing well
- spray a large baking dish with cooking spray ( same size baking dish as you would for a lasagna)
- pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 45-55 min at 350 uncovered
- cool to room temp or refrig.
- over night cut into small squares 2x2 ( it is dense and a bit heavy) do not serve hot
