Chunky Seafish Chowder

  1. Heat Oil in large saucepan.
  2. Add onion, celery and bacon and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and stock and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and cook for 12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add tomato puree, seasoning, green pepper and fish.
  6. Return to simmering point and cook for 7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with chunks of bread.
