Low Fat Cheesy Spinach and Artichoke Dip
- 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
- 34 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup mozzarella cheese
- 18 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine all ingredients in a small baking dish.
- Bake until warm, about 20 minutes.
- Serve with chips, or toast pieces.
