Easy Parfait

  1. in any cup or bowl take 1/3 cup of yogurt then layer bananas and other fuit then put 1/3 cup yogurt in and then the cereal and then put the rest of the yogurt in top.
  2. enjoy!

nonfat vanilla yogurt, rice, banana, blueberries, strawberry
