Super Easy Grilled Jalapeno Poppers
- 1 pound Fresh Whole Jalapeno
- 1 package 8 0z Cream Cheese
- 1/2 pounds Bacon
- Wash jalapenos.
- Slice lengthwise and remove seeds.
- Fill each half of jalapeno with cream cheese.
- Once filled, wrap a slice of bacon around jalapeno, securing with toothpick.
- I usually use a half slice of bacon for each half jalapeno.
- Grill on hot grill for about 10 minutes, or until the bacon is cooked.
- These do get a bit crazy on the grill if the bacon grease starts flaming.
- To help prevent this from happening, put foil on grill to help catch grease.
- Yields about 8 servings, depending on the crowd.
