Sour Cream-Chocolate Midnight Bliss Cupcakes
- 1 pkg. (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix
- 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Beat all ingredients except chocolate morsels and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Spoon into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
- Bake 24 to 28 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centers comes out clean.
- Cool in pans 10 min.
- Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar just before serving.
