Curry cabbage
- 1/2 piece Beijing Cabbage, cut into small slices
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 400 ml water
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Heat cooking oil in frying pan using high heat.
- Add in cabbage and salt, stir fry evenly for 2 minutes.
- Add in curry powder and water.
- Once starts boiling, let it simmers for 1 minute.
- Ready to serve with rice.
