Poblano Bacon Bratwurst
- 4 bratwursts
- 12 ounces beer
- 4 poblano chiles
- 8 slices apple wood smoked bacon
- simmer bratwurst in beer for 15-20 minutes.
- fire roast chili peppers.
- remove seed skin and stems.
- wrap poblano chili around bratwurst.
- then wrap with bacon.
- secure with water soaked skewers.
- and fire grill.
