Microwaved Steamed Carrot Bread

  1. Add the ingredients to the silicone steamer.
  2. Microwave uncovered for 50 seconds at 600 W to melt the butter.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to Step 1.
  4. Use a spatula to mix and smooth out the surface.
  5. Close the lid and microwave at 600 W for 1.5 - 2 minutes.
  6. Once an inserted skewer comes out clean, it'd done.
  7. Let sit as is for 2 minutes.
  8. It's fluffy and finished!
  9. I used a 15 cm diameter silicone steamer.
  10. To remove from the steamer, insert a skewer between the cake and steamer and move it around the edges.
  11. Use a spatula to remove from the bottom gently.
  12. If you won't be eating it right away, wrap it with plastic wrap while still warm and let sit to keep it fluffy.
  13. This is perfect for little kids who can hold their own food Adults can enjoy it too !
  14. This amount is perfect for 3-4 people.
