Homemade Zatari Mild Sausage
- 6 lbs pork
- 4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 12 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 12 teaspoons maple sugar
- 14 teaspoon oregano
- 14 teaspoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon za 'atar mixed spice (Bulk Barn)
- Cut pork into 1" cubes.
- Add spicing.
- Grind, or double grind.
