JELL-O BERRY BLUE Shooting Stars
- 1 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Berry Blue Jelly Powder
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup Cool Whip Whipped Topping, thawed
- 4 large Jet-Puffed Marshmallows
- coloured sugar
- DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
- Add ice cubes and stir until jelly thickens (about 3 to 5 minutes).
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- SPOON thickened jelly into dessert dishes, alternating with spoonfuls of whipped topping, to form 'clouds'.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
- GARNISH with additional whipped topping and marshmallows, cut into star shapes and sprinkle with coloured sugar.
