JELL-O BERRY BLUE Shooting Stars

  1. DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water.
  2. Add ice cubes and stir until jelly thickens (about 3 to 5 minutes).
  3. Remove any unmelted ice.
  4. SPOON thickened jelly into dessert dishes, alternating with spoonfuls of whipped topping, to form 'clouds'.
  5. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
  6. GARNISH with additional whipped topping and marshmallows, cut into star shapes and sprinkle with coloured sugar.
