Chicken and Mayo Sub

  1. Coat chicken evenly with mayonnaise.
  2. Cook under a preheated grill until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Slice thickly.
  4. Fill baguette with chicken, mango, asparagus and lettuce.
  5. Drizzle with extra mayonnaise, if desired.
