Jalapeno Popper Burgers

  1. Remove seeds from jalapenos, cut up and saute for 5 minutes; set aside.
  2. Finely chop three slices of KRAFT Big Slice Colby Jack Cheese and mix with the cream cheese.
  3. Add jalapenos and three slices chopped bacon.
  4. Mix well and set aside.
  5. Form the eight burger portions into thin patties.
  6. Make sure they are similar in size.
  7. Distribute the jalapeno cheese mixture evenly over three burger patties.
  8. Use the remaining patties as tops.
  9. Mold together, making sure the edges are crimped tight.
  10. Cook on a hot grill.
  11. Make sure you dont flip them over too much.
  12. Try to cook one side completely before turning.
  13. When burgers are about ready, add another slice of Colby Jack cheese on top and let melt.
  14. Garnish burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, 2 slices of bacon and bacon mayo.
  15. Note: Dont worry if a little stuffing escapes during the cooking process.
