Asparagus, Egg And Cheese Casserole Recipe

  1. Make cheese sauce by melting butter, adding flour, mustard, and salt.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, 1/2 c. at a time, and bring to a boil.
  3. Then add in cheese and immediately remove from heat.
  4. Stir till cheese has melted.
  5. Taste and season.
  6. Place thin layer of sauce on bottom of oven-ware dish and put asparagus on top, then sliced Large eggs.
  7. Continue to layer.
  8. Cover with chips or possibly crumbs.
  9. Bake at 370 degrees for 20-30 min or possibly till all ingredients are warm and topping golden.
  10. 4-5 servings.
