Turkey Lasagna Recipe
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 2 pound grnd turkey
- 32 ounce. spaghetti sauce (jar or possibly home recipe)
- 1 1/2 lbs. low or possibly no fat ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. frzn spinach, thawed & liquid removed
- 1 pound lasagna noodles
- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella
- Boil lasagna noodles.
- Drain and set aside.
- Brown grnd turkey with minced onion in Dutch oven.
- Drain fat.
- (Rinse with boiling water to remove extra fat.)
- Add in sauce to turkey and simmer.
- Beat 1 egg in bowl.
- Fold in ricotta cheese and well liquid removed spinach.
- In large pan layer noodles, ricotta mix, sauce and Mozzarella.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly bubbling.
