Chocolate Wafer Mix Pie Crust

  1. Break 8 or 10 cookies into blender.
  2. Process to make fine crumbs.
  3. Pour crumbs into a large bowl.
  4. Repeat with remaining cookies to make 8 cups crumbs.
  5. Or use a rolling pin to crush cookies between 2 sheets of waxed paper or in a plastic bag.
  6. Stir in sugar.
  7. Pour into a 10-cup container with a tight-fitting lid.
  8. Seal contaoner.
  9. Label with date and contents.
  10. Store in a cool, dry place.
  11. Use within 6 months.
