Turkey Gravy
- 5 stick butter
- 3 cup Flour
- 9 quart Turkey Broth
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 1 3/4 tbsp Pepper
- 24 each hard boiled egges sliced
- 4 each giblets from 4 turkeys
- over medium heat bring butter to boil until thickens
- Add flour stir well
- Cook down until color of peanut butter
- add broth
- stir until thickened add salt and pepper
- bring to a boil
- add giblets
- add eggs
- serve
