Impossible Pie

• 4 eggs
• 2 cups (475 ml) milk
• 1 cup (225 ml) coconut
• 4 drops of vanilla essence
• 3/4 cup (175 ml) sugar
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) butter
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) self-rising flour

1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat well.
2. Pour into a lightly greased pie plate.
3. Bake at degrees 180 cups (42475 ml) (350 degrees (175 C.) F.) for 45 minutes.
4. Serve with a dollop of cream or icecream.
