Ox - Tail Soup

  1. All all ingredients to a pot and boil for 2 hours; then take out the tails and cut the meat in small pieces.
  2. Return meat and bones to soup.
  3. Add salt, pepper and flour.
  4. Cook for quarter of an hour.
