Claypot chinese sausage rice (microwave method)
- 2 piece chinese sausage, sliced
- 2 cup rice, cooked into steamed rice
- 2 1/2 tbsp cooking oil
- 4 tbsp dark soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Using microwave safe claypot, ceramic or glass ware, add cooking oil into it.
- The oil will give "non stick" protection for easy cleaning later.
- Add dark soya sauce and sesame oil, mix them with the oil.
- Add in freshly steamed rice and sliced chinese sausage.
- Mixed them evenly.
- Sprinkle some white pepper and chilli powder.
- You may also add in some chinese mushrooms and chye sim vegetable if you like to be creative.
- Cover the claypot, ceramic or glass ware.
- Put it in microwave oven.
- Cook for 4 minutes using Medium High Power.
- Ready to serve.
