Julienned Pork, Potato and Pepper Stir Fry
- 2 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 2 to 3 medium Potatoes
- 2 medium Green bell peppers
- 1 tsp A) Soy sauce
- 1 tsp A) Sake
- 1 heaping teaspoon A) Katakuriko
- 1 tbsp B) Sake
- 1 bit less than 1/2 teaspoon B) Sugar
- 2 swirls B) Soy sauce
- 1 B) Sesame oil
- 1 B) Black pepper
- Finely julienne the pork and put into a bowl.
- Add the A) ingredients and massage and mix with your hands.
- Cut the potatoes into 3-5 mm julienne or matchsticks.
- Put in a bowl of water for about 5 minutes.
- This way, they'll be crispy and crunchy when you stir fry them.
- Cut the peppers into 2 mm julienne too.
- Stir-fry the pork while separating it in a frying pan.
- When the pork is cooked, add the potatoes and bell peppers, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add the B) seasoning ingredients of sake, sugar and soy sauce and stir-fry.
- Add a little black pepper and a drizzle of sesame oil to finish and mix together.
- Done!
