Greek Chicken and Vegetables

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss chicken with beans, tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper.
  3. Place 1/4 of the chicken mixture in center of each sheet of foil.
  4. Bring up foil sides.
  5. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
  6. Repeat to make 4 packets.
  7. Place packets on grate of grill; cover grill with lid.
  8. Grill 10 to 14 min.
  9. or until chicken is cooked through (160F) and vegetables are crisp-tender.
  10. Open foil packets; sprinkle evenly with cheese.
