Shrimp Salad Creole Recipe
- 2 green onions
- 1/4 c. celery
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound cooked shrimp (or possibly 1 can shrimp)
- Thinly slice onions, including tops.
- Mince celery.
- Add in all remaining ingredients except shrimp and beat together.
- Add in shrimp, stir lightly.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs (or possibly overnight).
- Mix lightly before serving with shredded lettuce.
- Serves 4.
