Shrimp Salad Creole Recipe

  1. Thinly slice onions, including tops.
  2. Mince celery.
  3. Add in all remaining ingredients except shrimp and beat together.
  4. Add in shrimp, stir lightly.
  5. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs (or possibly overnight).
  6. Mix lightly before serving with shredded lettuce.
  7. Serves 4.
