Savoy Cabbage and Radicchio Slaw with Blood Orange Dressing

  1. Whisk juice, vinegar, and honey in bowl.
  2. Whisk in oil, then mayonnaise and shallot.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour into jar with lid; chill 2 hours.
  5. DO AHEAD Can be made 1 day ahead.
  6. Keep chilled.
  7. Place cabbage, radicchio, and bell pepper in large bowl.
  8. Just before serving, shake dressing well and pour over vegetables; toss.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Sprinkle dried cranberries over.
