Tex-Mex Fish Skillet

  1. Combine salsa and water in frypan and bring to boil.
  2. Add frozen fish, cover, reduce heat to medium low and gently simmer 20 min.
  3. Stir IN rice and top with cheese; cover.
  4. Let stand 5 min.
  5. or until rice is tender.
