Chicken Cassandra

  1. Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry.
  2. In skillet, saute chicken in Italian salad dressing over medium heat.
  3. Mix rice, tomatoes, wine, seasonings and Brussles sprouts in crock-pot.
  4. Top with chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4 to 6 hours.
