Cream cheese cucumber boat

  1. Prepair cucumber by peeling, slicing in half long ways, and scooping out the seeds.
  2. Fill cavity where seeds were with cream cheese
  3. Sprinkle shallots/green onions on top
  4. Top with a slice of deli turkey on each half
  5. Stack or eat open faced
