Rumaki
- 1 pound Bacon
- 1 can (8 oz. size) Whole Water Chestnuts, Drained
- 1/4 cups Hoisin Sauce
- Preheat the oven to 400 F.
- Cut the bacon slices in half down the center.
- Roll up each water chestnut in a 1/2 slice of bacon.
- Secure with a toothpick.
- Brush with hoisin sauce.
- Place in a baking dish or parchment lined, rimmed baking sheet.
- Cook for 35 minutes total, or until bacon fat has rendered.
- Flip the rumaki half way through cooking.
- Serve immediately.
