Beef Stew

  1. Put meat in crock-pot.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Cover.
  5. Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours.
  6. Stir well prior to serving.
