Beef Stew
- 2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1 inch cubes
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 md. onions, dliced
- 1-1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. paprika
- Put meat in crock-pot.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Cover.
- Cook on low 10-12 hours or high 4-6 hours.
- Stir well prior to serving.
