Flap Jack Smoothie
- 12 cup almond milk, vanilla
- 2 tablespoons Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons protein powder, your favorite brand (optional)
- 1 tablespoon oat bran
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds (optional)
- 14 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 1 34 cups ice cubes
- In a blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes through feed tube, one at a time, until thick and smooth.
