Italian Salad Dressing

  1. Run tomatoes and garlic through a grinder, using a fine blade.
  2. Place pepper, salt and mustard in a container, mix well.
  3. Add tomato mixture, vinegar, cheese and capers.
  4. Stir until well-mixed and mustard is dissolved.
  5. Add in oil and stir well.
  6. Store in the refrigerator.
  7. Makes 2 cups.
