Eggs Benedict. Quick and Delicious.
- 6 eggs
- 12 tablespoon milk
- 2 ounces butter
- 12 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 English muffins
- 4 ounces ham
- 2 ounces American cheese
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- HOLLANDAISE SAUCE PREP:.
- small sauce pan melt 1/4 cup butter low heat.
- small mixing bowl blend 2 egg yokes.
- add 1 table spoon milk to yokes.
- add juice of 1/2 a lemmon to yokes.
- add 1 teaspoon cyane pepper to yokes.
- beat above contents-and set aside.
- EGG POACHING:.
- fill egg poacher with water as manufactures directions.
- add 1 teaspoon vinigar.
- poach eggs.
- HOLLANDAISE SAUCE COMPLETION:.
- add egg yoke blend to melted butter, reduce heat.
- stir constantly till hollandaise sauce thickens.
- ENGLISH MUFFINS:.
- split with fork.
- butter.
- broil for 3-5 minutes.
- PRESENTATION:.
- remove muffins from broiler.
- add cheese.
- ham.
- egg.
- top with sauce.
- ENJOY!~.
