Patti's Jambalaya

  1. Cut chicken and slice sausage.
  2. Chop onion and green pepper.
  3. Put all in crockpot.
  4. Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp and rice.
  5. Cook in crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
  6. 30 minutes before eating, add cooked shrimp and cooked rice; allow to heat.
  7. Can be cooked on high for 3 to 4 hours instead.
