Alabama Caviar
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can blackeye peas
- 1 can white corn
- 1 can Rotel w/ cilantro and lime
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 diced tomato
- 1 cup Zesty italian dressing
- 2 chopped green onions
- Rinse and drain beans, peas, and corn.
- Mix all ingredients and toss well.
- refridgerate for 1+ hour before serving.
- (The longer it sits, the better it is!)
