O'Brien Potatoes

• 1 (2 lb) bagoreida O'Brien potatoes
• 12 cup melted butter or 12 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 pint sour cream
• 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 2 cups crushed corn flakes
• 14 cup melted margarine

1. Mix all ingredients together for potato base and stir gently.
2. Pour into a buttered 13x9 casserole dish.
3. Melt margarinefor topping and add to cornflakes.
4. Spread on top of potato mixture.
5. Bake for 350 for 1 hour.
