Chicken Italiano

  1. Combine tomato sauce, oregano, and garlic salt; set aside.
  2. Combine the parsley flakes, corn flakes, and grated cheese on waxed paper.
  3. Dip the chicken in egg and roll in the corn flake mix.
  4. Place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour sauce over the chicken.
  6. Cook for 20-30 minutes at 350F.
  7. Turn the chicken over and sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over and give it another 20 minutes in the oven.
