Peach & Watermelon Salsa
- 1 cup Watermelon, Seedless, Diced
- 1 whole Ripe Peach, Pitted, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Stem And Seeds Removed
- 1/2 whole Red Onion, Diced
- 1/2 Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1/2 teaspoons Red Wine Vinegar
- Note: This is best refrigerated an hour before serving.
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, gently stir again.
- We love this with grilled chicken.
