Salt crusted leg of lamb

  1. Get a grill hot, and preheat the oven 300 Fahrenheit.
  2. Coat the leg of lamb with salt put on the grill roast it.
  3. Char the fat quite a bit.
  4. Take off grill after about 30-40 minutes.
  5. Put into a roaster.
  6. Coat with margarine and mustard.
  7. bake in oven covered for an hour or till it your personal doneness.
  8. Serve hope you enjoy!
  9. Serve with rice, carrots, or potatoes.
