Red Wine Sauce

• 1 cup dry red wine
• 2/3 cup creme fraiche
• 2 tbsp chopped parsley
• Salt and black pepper

1. Boil the wine in the pan's cooking juices until reduced by half.
2. Stir in the creme fraiche.
3. Add the parsley, season, and serve alongside steak.
