Easy Creamy Beef Stroganoff

  1. Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large skillet (use one with a lidyoull need it later).
  2. Add steak and onion and cook until the meat it browned on all sides, stirring a couple of times.
  3. Stir in 1-1/2 cups water, mushrooms and liquid, the bouillon cubes and noodles.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover the skillet.
  6. Simmer 10 to 12 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  7. Stir in sour cream; cook an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serves 4.
