Honey Garlic Grilled Chicken Sandwich With Creamy Coleslaw

  1. Heat barbecue to medium.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the carrot, cabbage, onion , ranch dressing, parsley, lemon juice and 1/4 teaspoons each salt and pepper.
  3. Separate bun halves and set aside.
  4. Place the chicken pieces in a shallow bowl with the olive oil and the remaining salt and pepper and turn to coat.
  5. Grill the chicken until cookd through, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. On final turn, brush chicken with barbecue sauce on both sides.
  7. Meanwhile, lightly grill the buns.
  8. Divide the chicken among the 4 buns and top with the coleslaw.
