Ham, Shrimp and Italian Sausage Pasta
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti, uncooked
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Boiled Ham, finely chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage links, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped drained canned artichoke hearts
- 1/2 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
- 1 cup chopped plum tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, cook dressing, ham and onions in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
- or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add sausage and artichokes; cook 8 min.
- or until sausage is evenly browned, stirring occasionally.
- Add shrimp, tomatoes and broth; cover.
- Cook 5 to 8 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink and mixture is heated through.
- Drain spaghetti; place in large bowl.
- Add shrimp mixture; toss to coat.
- Top with cheese.
