Mum's Tomato and Meatball Soup

• 1 (425 g) can tomato puree
• 2 liters beef stock, made by using marrow bones
• 12-1 bunch chopped celery leaves
• 12 cup rice
• 500 g ground beef
• 1 egg
• salt and pepper
• 12 cup dry breadcrumbs

1. Mix the meatball mix and roll into marble sized balls.
2. Mix the soup ingredientsexcept rice together and heat gently until simmering.
3. Add the rice and meatballs 30 minutes before serving.
