Asian Seafood on Lemongrass Skewers

  1. Peel and trim lemongrass.
  2. Place next 7 ingredients in food processor.
  3. Process until all minced and combined.
  4. With wet hands mould mixture around lemongrass.
  5. Place on tray and cover, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat bbq.
  7. Spray each stick and cook turning often for at least 5 minutes each side (or more depending on taste).
  8. Should be golden.
  9. Serve with lime.
