Brie and Apple Panini

  1. Heat a non-stick grill pan over medium high heat.
  2. Brush some butter on one side of a slice of bread and place it buttered side down on the pan.
  3. Pile apples and brie atop this piece of bread.
  4. Spread mustard on one side of the other slice of bread and place this piece mustard-side down to top the sandwich.
  5. Brush remaining butter on the top of the sandwich.
  6. Using a spatula, press the sandwich with some weight until grill marks appear.
  7. Flip sandwich and repeat until grill marks are on both sides and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm.
  9. Makes 1 panini.
