Spinach & Pineapple Flatbread Pizza
- 1/4 cup canned spinach, squeezed of liquids
- 1 pinapple ring from a can
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- 1 flatbread of choice
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup motzarella cheese
- 1 sprinkling of oregano
- place flatbread on lightly sprayed foil lined cookie sheet.
- I used flatout flatbread
- spread on pizza sauce
- place bits of spinach all over pizza sauce.
- as much as u would like.
- dice pineapple and spread pieces all over on top of spinach.
- sprinkle with as much cheese as u would like.
- slice cherry tomatoes and arrange over cheese.
- sprinkle with a tad of oregano.
- bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until done to your liking.
- serve!
- makes one flatbread pizza!
