Saucy Maple Pork Chops

  1. Brown the pork chops in a skillet in oil.
  2. Place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan.
  3. Sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
  4. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
  5. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
