Saucy Maple Pork Chops
- 1 lb boneless pork chop, 3/4 inch thick
- 14 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 14 cup water
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- Brown the pork chops in a skillet in oil.
- Place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan.
- Sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
- Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
