Russian Glazed Carrots

  1. Pour the dressing over the carrots in a non stick frying pan.
  2. Stir to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
  4. Cook longer if you want your carrots soft.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Stir in the almonds and parsley.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
