Russian Glazed Carrots
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 1/4 cup kraft Russian salad dressing
- 2 tbsp. toasted almonds
- 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Pour the dressing over the carrots in a non stick frying pan.
- Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
- Cook longer if you want your carrots soft.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in the almonds and parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
