Chicken Enchilada's Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onions in frying pan and add in cooked chicken.
  2. Remove from heat and add in cream cheese, salt and pepper.
  3. Heat salad oil and fry tortillas on both sides and dip in enchilada sauce and filling and roll up.
  4. Lay seam side down in cake pan; sprinkle with cheese and pour whipping cream over all.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees uncovered for 20 min.
